15-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of making a purchase.

If your return or refund request is submitted within this 15-day period, we will initiate the refund promptly after the request is approved.

Requests submitted after 15 days may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 15 days of purchase

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without prior approval

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated immediately if the request is made within the 15-day window

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective

  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
